Friendly and accommodating staff. Good location with nearby restaurants. Great for families. Worth trying once. Excellent and professional service from Sam, Roy, and Allen.

The holiday decorations were fantastic and added to the Christmas spirit of the hotel. the room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. the staff were friendly, helpful and always available.

The food at the restaurant was subpar and overpriced. the location was a bit far from most attractions and required a taxi ride to go to the city center.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a fine view of the nearby island. The room was spacious and clean, with great facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near a small mall and restaurants, making it easy to find a place to eat.

This hotel offers exclusive and luxurious amenities that will fulfill your needs. During my stay here, I was delighted with the full body massage and the facial treatment at the Spa lounge. the heathed swimming pool and the steam room were particularly impressive. the restaurant and the bar area are worth mentioning, the food was delicious and the staff was attentive.

Despite the wonderful facilities, the service was not up to par. the staff was not able to provide accurate information about the breakfast prices, causing confusion.

The room size at Conrad Xiamen was great for my family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The floor to ceiling windows provided fine views of the city and the sea. The bathroom was a highlight, with a luxurious bathtub next to floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sea. The little touches like the Nespresso machine and high-quality products in the bathroom added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel's location is convenient, with a mall nearby and easy access to Gulangyu Island. the restaurants offer a varied and delicious selection of dishes. the rooms are beautifully designed and come with impressive facilities, including a Nespresso machine, high, quality products, and floor.

The front desk staff needs to improve their communication skills to avoid giving guests the wrong information.

Nespresso machine, high-quality tea, and bathroom products provided. Friendly and helpful staff, making me feel respected and valued. Impeccable service from the concierge, making trip planning effortless.

The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and a small mall. It is also close to the beautiful island of Gulangyu, offering easy access for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and clean, equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and efficient, delivering exceptional service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Guests can also enjoy breathtaking views from their rooms.

The internet connection can be slow at times.

Spent xmas at a hotel that wasn't cheap, but it wasn't worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The pool was nice and heated, and the gym was well equipped.

The food was terrible. Breakfast was especially bad. The turkey on xmas eve wasn't fully cooked, and the dessert table offered only a few options which were not very tasty. The room was also quite small for the price paid.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend away. The staff were friendly and gave us complimentary chocolate eggs and a bottle of wine on arrival. Located near a beautiful university and many restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding and offered many delicious options.

The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was a real disappointment. Additionally, there was some confusion among the staff about certain policies, which made checking in and out a bit of a hassle.
